Vision Computer Institute of Information Technology (VCI Computer Institute)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access, use, and participation in the services, courses, website, and academic activities of Vision Computer Institute of Information Technology (hereinafter referred to as “VCI Computer Institute”, “the Institute”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Gonda, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By accessing the Institute’s website, enrolling in any course, or using any service, the student/user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Admission and Enrollment

Admission to any course offered by VCI Computer Institute is subject to eligibility criteria, availability of seats, submission of required documents, and payment of applicable fees.

The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any admission without assigning any reason.

2. Fees and Payment

1. All fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless expressly stated in writing by the Institute.
2. Fees must be paid within the prescribed time limits.
3. Delay or failure in payment may result in suspension or cancellation of admission.

3. Course Structure and Duration

Course content, syllabus, duration, training method, and schedule are subject to change at the discretion of the Institute for academic or administrative reasons.

The Institute does not guarantee job placement unless specifically mentioned in writing.

4. Attendance and Discipline

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance, discipline, and proper conduct within the Institute premises and during online/offline classes.

The Institute reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or termination, in case of misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of Institute rules.

5. Examinations and Certification

1. Examinations shall be conducted as per the Institute’s rules and schedule.
2. Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course, fulfillment of attendance requirements, and clearance of all dues.
3. The Institute reserves the right to withhold certificates in case of non-compliance.

6. Use of Study Material and Content

All study materials, course content, software, notes, videos, website content, logos, and certificates are the intellectual property of VCI Computer Institute.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Institute shall not be liable for:

1. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
2. Technical issues, internet failure, or system errors
3. Any personal loss, damage, or inconvenience caused beyond reasonable control

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information provided by students/users shall be handled in accordance with the Institute’s Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

9. Termination of Services

The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, admission, or access to facilities without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms or institutional policies.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gonda, Uttar Pradesh only.

11. Modification of Terms

VCI Computer Institute reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of services after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Institutional Rights Reserved

All rights relating to admissions, fees, academic decisions, examinations, certifications, content, and administration are fully reserved with Vision Computer Institute of Information Technology.
