Refund Policy

Vision Computer Institute of Information Technology (VCI Computer Institute)

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing fee refunds at Vision Computer Institute of Information Technology (hereinafter referred to as “VCI Computer Institute”, “the Institute”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Gonda, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By enrolling in any course or making any payment to the Institute, the student agrees to this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

1. All fees paid to VCI Computer Institute are non-refundable and non-transferable under normal circumstances.
2. Fees once paid shall not be refunded for any reason including, but not limited to, change of mind, personal reasons, non-attendance, or discontinuation of the course.

2. Admission and Registration Fees

1. Admission fees, registration fees, enrollment charges, and form fees are strictly non-refundable in all cases.
2. Booking or seat confirmation fees are also non-refundable.

3. Course Commencement

1. Once a course has commenced, no refund shall be granted under any circumstances.
2. Non-attendance or irregular attendance by the student shall not be considered a valid reason for refund.

4. Student Withdrawal or Discontinuation

1. If a student voluntarily withdraws, discontinues, or is unable to continue the course due to personal, medical, academic, or any other reason, no refund shall be made.
2. Transfer of fees from one student to another is not permitted.

5. Institute-Initiated Cancellation

1. In the rare event that the Institute cancels a course before commencement, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the Institute, after deduction of applicable administrative charges.
2. The decision of the Institute in such matters shall be final and binding.

6. Force Majeure

No refund shall be applicable in case of events beyond the Institute’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Mode and Timeline of Refund (If Applicable)

1. Any approved refund shall be processed only through the original mode of payment.
2. Refund processing time, if applicable, may take 15–30 working days.
3. The Institute shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

8. No Cash Refund

Refunds, if approved, shall not be made in cash under any circumstances.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gonda, Uttar Pradesh only.

10. Institutional Rights Reserved

VCI Computer Institute reserves the absolute right to interpret, modify, or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

All decisions taken by the Institute regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
